Martino Pizza.

awesome pizza... I recently went to chill with a couple of friends and one of them, Adam, took us to this awesome pizza place called Martino Pizza. Their slices of pizza are all really big, affordable and more importantly, they taste perfect, with a nice crispy thin crust and an amazing balance of tomato sauce, toppings and crust. I actually think this place has the Best Pizza in Toronto! I welcome any arguments against this.

We grabbed pepperoni slices ($3.00) and Hawaiian Slices ($4.00), which were both amazing! I especially liked the fact that the Hawaiian slices were just pepperoni slices covered with pineapples and ham. In my opinion, the best way to judge how good the pizza is at any pizza joint, is to try the simpler pizzas (ie. plain pepperoni pizza). Martino Pizza definitely makes a simple slice of pepperoni pizza cause your mouth to water non stop! mmm. As you can see in the 4th picture, they don't even have that wide of a selection in terms of toppings for slices, but what they make, they make well!
I also tried one of their San Pellegrino Limonata drinks (~$1.25) which is basically a refreshing carbonated lemonade. Martino Pizza is located at 178 Dupont Street (Dupont and St. George) and they offer delivery as well (416-929-6000). I'm guessing they deliver within the University of Toronto area since they are just north of UofT.
